Location and Access
The Emergency Department is situated at the west wing of the building on the Ground Floor and has a dedicated access, which is accessible by vehicles and walk in clients. From the department, clients shall have easy access to the Imaging Department, Operating theatre and ICU/ CCU/ HDU. The department is easily accessible from the Helipad.

We categorised clients as followed
1. Life Threatening Condition-sees immediately by staff
2. Urgent cases but in stable condition- see within 15 minutes by staff
3. Stable/ Minor cases- waiting times are depending on urgency and availability of staff handling Life Threatening/ Urgent cases.
