The services provided by the Imaging department consist of CT Scan, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, Intravenous Urography, General radiography and Mobile x-rays in the emergency department ,wards and operation theatre.

This department is equipped with three general radiography units one of which has fluoroscopic capability. These units are used  for plain x-rays, intravenous urography and fluoroscopic examinations. We have an ortopantomography unit for maxillo-facial radiographs for clients from the dental department. Three mobile radiography units are available for mobile radiographs of the critically ill clients in the wards and  emergency department. Two C-arm units are placed in the operation theatre. The department also has  two mammography units, one of which is a digital mammography unit. One spiral computed tomography scanning unit and two ultrasound machines are available to serve the clients. We also provide MRI service which is done in Serdang Hospital, once a week. Diagnostic and therapeutic interventional radiology namely biopsy, drainage and ablative therapy is also done in the department. All images produced by the department are in digital form and are stored in the Picture archiving and communication system (PACS).
