The CSSD Department of Putrajaya Hospital is located on the first floor adjacent to the OT Complex. It is accessible to the various client departments. It is Supportive Department. Facilities and Services

The main function of CSSD is to:

Process and sterilize equipment and material.
Standardize method of sterilization and sets used.
Maintain an accurate record of effectiveness of cleaning, disinfecting and the sterilizing process.

CSSD provides :

1. A centralized healthcare facility for the whole hospital.
2. Storage facility for commercially sterilized products.
3. Supply of sterile items / materials daily.
4. Exchange service for used instruments.

All unit and department can sent instrument/set for sterilize to CSSD

Service, supported to other department:

Operation theatres, Day Care Unit, Ward, Emergency Department, Labour & Delivery Department, Haemodialysis Unit and Clinic.

Operation Hour

Monday - Friday : 8.00AM - 5.00PM
On call service after office hours.
